  The Nutrition and Diet Department of HOSPITAL UNIVERSITARIO SAN VICENTE DE PAUL functions since 1969

Its objective is to contribute in the patient’s recovery through opportune and adequate nutritional support in his/her changing conditions, keeping in mind the advances of science in nutritional and feeding . It also offers education to the patient and his/her family.

It takes care that the food offered to the patients and the Hospital personnel is balanced and adequate for each one.
